As part of the heritage walk yesterday, we were introduced to Makkhan Lal Tika Ram at Kashmiri Gate. They are famous for their dhoodh jalebi. I declined to have my own and had a bite instead from Raju’s. And what a bite it was! The milk was thick and creamy, topped with thick malai and in it swam the jalebis. Price – Rs 75 for a large glassful!
